Remi is Very professional, knowledgeable and going the extra mile in ensuring my Tesla was secured, and recharged. He took the time to find out the issue, and to correct it. Just needed my car towed 2 miles and every other tow company I called wanted 250$. Neptune charged me 150$ for the tow and Remi is absolutely amazing. He is very helpful and considerate,he is also very friendly. . Next time I need my car towed I will definitely call Neptune and request for remi. Can def recommend this place.

Remi was great. He was very professional and detailed was very careful with my car and made sure he had everything correct and even offered to give me a courtesy call when he delivered my car to the shop. Hands down one of the best towing companies I’ve came across. And the price was very affordable.
